I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added gems, glitter and a sentiment. A very pretty design.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on an orange mat and then a turquoise card front. I added a tag used from a previous sheet. I used liquid blue pearls on snowflake centers. I added white buttons and some glitter to finish
