I printed this sheet onto a good quality matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I matted the main image onto a red mat, and then I mounted the topper onto an a5 card blanks and built the decoupage using foam pads.

To decorate the cards I use a few gems. This was very quick easy to make. Cute
