I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main image onto a red mat and built up the decoupage using foam pads. Then the completed topper was mounted onto an a5 card blank.

The card was then decorated with glitter and a few gems. This is such an easy and quick card to make.
