Birthday Girl with Balloons Aged 4Completed by Margaret Dittmann

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used pink coloured card topped with lime green coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive squares and 1mm for the layers. Finished off with silver trim and stickles glitter.
