I printed the sheet on to glossy phoyo paer amd cut it out. I used the card toppers as a template to cut out my oval apertures then stuck them down with silicone glue lining them up carefully and trimming them where necessary.

I used a small string of pearl beads to attach the danglers to the cards sticking them down with tape.

You could also use jump rings or ribbon. I added gold border peeloffs to decorate the edges. added the greeting and I will finish them off with glitter.
