Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces(easy as there are no fiddly bits).
I attached the main image to a C5 scalloped edge card using DST and added the other layers with 2mm foam pads, I finished off by adding pink glittery peel offs around the edges.
This is a lovely design suitable for various occasions.

Printed on good quality card paper, layered the elements with 3d foam stickers, I trimmed and decorated with peel off and added the caption.
