Congratulations a New Baby

With this design i placed the main design base at the top of a square card which i had placed a blue textured paper on to the front, i then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the main card and design base, i then built up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, i finished by placing a happy birthday sentiment under the design and also adding two silver corners at the left and right of the sentiment, this is a great design, lovely colours, cute, and very easy to make up, this is a great design for a new baby or birthday.
