Stuck a square of backing paper just smaller than the square card blank using double sided tape. Inked the edges of the main image and stuck centrally to the card. Added decoupage layers with glue gel. Used a brad to attach the special delivery tag.

Added star gems to the centre of the wheels. I used a pearlescent spritz on the bows before glueing to the card. Added buttons to the corners and sentiment from the sheet.
