Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a White Scalloped edge card. Used foam tape to attach Decoupage. I used small foam pads to attach Bows to top corners.

I then stuck a crystal gem onto the middle of the Bows. A beautiful Design and easy to make up.
