Vintage Baby Girl on a Card with EnvelopeCompleted by Marion MacKellar

I printed this lovely design on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and elements. I covered a piece of white card with lilac backing paper and edged it with silver border peel off and mounted the main picture onto it.

I then added the decoupage with silicone glue, made an easel card from shiny card stock and attached the finished topper.

I added gems to the bows, made a stopper for the card with the blank sentiment tag adding Congratulations A New Baby Girl in silver peel offs.
