I printed the design on to a 200 gsm Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a matching card in a Pink colour and made a wave pattern all around the card. I attached the main design using Double sided tape.

I attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on using Sticky pads. I wrote on the Sentiment that I made myself in Swedish we have a saying here: Välkommend till världen! Meening Welcome to the World! I added some matching Pearls to the card in a Pink/Apricot colour. A Quick and easy Stunning design that turned into a Gorgeous and Adorable card!!!
