This gorgeous card will welcome that little bundle of joy into the world and introduce her to her first glimpse of bling.

I mounted the base topper with DST onto an 8 x 8 Ivory Card base that I had matted with a lovely glittery pink paper...

So, filling in the blanks - after printing out the sheet, I cut around the pink pearl border, mounted the decourpage items with foam tape and added some Liquid Pearl dots to add some more sparkle.

I used hot pink on the bottle and on the corner designs and on each side of the sentiment tag, gold dots around the gold border of the design and white cluster dots on each side of the bottle.

What a welcome!
