Special Delivery a Cute Baby Girl!Completed by Giselle Topper

Love this eye-catching design. After printing the sheet onto smooth white cardstock I cut out all the elements. Mounting these with foam tape onto the base topper. Found a maching yellow cardstock which I made into the card base and adhered the topper with DST.

Added the "Baby Girl" black rub-on to fill the blank space in the top LH corner and a daisy which I punched out of textured white cardboard and added a Stampin' Up bright yellow Candy Dot to the centre.

Mounted the BABY cirle and strategically placed a cluster of three purple Liquid Pearls dots around the design.
