Pink CongratulationsCompleted by Ruth Hoffman
OccasionCongratulations / New Baby
I adhered the main panel to an A5 pink card blank, then cut the centre ribbon 'edging' from the right side panel and decoupaged that, plus the hearts and envelope.
Gems were added to the hearts. A lovely card.
