New baby Girl CutieCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

I cut out the main image and mounted over the edge style onto my punched border card, decoupaged with foam pads, added pearl pink heart, 2 tiny bows and a rattle, added glossy accents to eyes and nose of teddy bear., added the sentiment, such a cute design.
