Nellie BabyCompleted by Valerie Boyle

A lovely set of papers for that special new arrival... I matted the backing paper onto silver mirri and attached to a scalloped white card. I matted the topper onto siver mirri and added the decoupage and sentiment and attached to my card with 3D pads.

I added a strip of pink lace matted onto silver mirri.
