Framed new baby girl card front CCompleted by Joyce Perkins

I printed the sheet out on MattE photo paper. Cut out the topper and the decoupage pieces and my chosen greeting. Use double stick tape to mount the topper to a pink marbled with gold foiling card base. Use foam sticky pads to build up the decoupage pieces.

Beautiful card with multiple greetings to choose from. Very fast and easy to put together, but really has a WOW factor.
