Printed sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out main picture and decoupage pieces, attached main picture to an 8 x 8 cream card blank with dst and used silicone glue to add the decoupage.

For the finishing touches I added a few gems to the flowers and bow, put decorative gold peel offs down either side and added peel off sentiments.
