Baby Girls PramCompleted by Audrey Clifford

i layered the main image sheet onto a good quality 250gsm white card base and i added a silver border peel off around the main frame and i added the decoupaged elements, this is a very pretty card and well worth taking the time to cut out the middle of the pram wheels
