Baby Girl Bib Quick CardCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. Pink ribbon was threaded through the edge of the card and secured inside the card.

Crystal gems were stuck to the Bows, and crystal hearts were added onto aspects of the card. A very pretty design.
