Printed this twice and cut out the elements of one sheet. I then placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape.

I then carefully cut out the the centre of the second sheet and decoupaged this to the front of the card with the sentiments.

I then placed the remaining frame inside to use as the insert. The white showing through the aperture can be used by my customer to write their own message. I also added the Congratulations sentiment to the insert.
