New Baby GirlCompleted by Irene Woods

I printed the sheet onto lightweight 160gsm card and cut out the elements. After mounting the base element onto a white card blank I added the decoupage layers and a caption using gel glue.

I finished off with a touch of light pink glitter glue to the centres of the flowers in the top border.
