After printing out the sheet, I cut out the cross and base topper. I adhered the cross to the topper using foam tape and mounted all onto an 8 x 8 Crafty Bob's card base with DST.

I then continued to jazz up the card by adding light blue Liquid Pearl dots to the word "Boy" and made imitation stitching on a couple of the buttons.

I adhered the blue "congratulations" peel-off to the top of the card and added the two silver borders and stars.

The remaining peel-offs I added to the dd's in cuddles for added effect.
