Splish Splash - Decoupage

After printing onto 240 gram card I mounted on a border punched card adding decoupage with sticky pads. A super card for my grandson who as just learnt how to swim.
Mounted onto cream card with a wave border cut on my Cameo cutting machine, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents, 2 ducks, tied gold elasticated cord round the spine and ro complete I added the matching insert available separately.
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the pieces and mounted the main image onto a 7x7 " card.
I added the layers using sticky pads with the Happy Birthday caption.
