Lovely Blue Angel BearCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the sheet on quality cardstock and cut out all the pieces. I used foam pads for the decoupage parts and double sided tape to adhere the card front to a turquoise card base.

A few mini stars in the centers of the stars, and a bit of glitter for the bow and stars, and this adorable baby card is ready to please the new parents.
