Jolly the Clown Gatefold New Baby - Blue on YellowCompleted by Judith Flavel

I printed this sheet onto good quality card, cut it out then scored down each side of the centre panel and folded it into a gatefold.

The optional 3D sheet cup378008_2 was also printed on card, the pieces cut out and layered onto the front of the card with 1mm foam pads.

The insert sheet cup377972_2 and envelope sheet cup378003_2 were both printed on standard paper. I used DS tape to attach the centre panel of the insert to the centre panel on the inside of the card, and to attach the bottom flap of the envelope to the side tabs.
