Cute Baby Boy with Stork on a Tag

I printed this sheet onto smooth white cardboard and cut out all the elements. I mounted the Bottle and Dummy (soother) and stork decourpage elements onto the tag with foam tape. I then mounted the tag onto an 8 x8 Crafty Bob's White card base to the left-hand side and adhered the baby booties to the right side with DST. I added the Congratulations blue peel-off to the centre of the white space and added the hospital tag to the bottom RH corner. I mounted the Ït's a boy"over the booties with foam tape and added a couple of stars and strategically placed blue dots in clusters around this and the dummy and bottle. I then jazzed up a few details with light-blue liquid pearl dots.

The bow supplied I added to the inside of the card to the top RH corner with a few dots strategically placed around it.
