After printing out this gorgeous sheet and cutting out the bow and sentiment tag - I mounted the elements with foam tape.

I cut around the blue pearls and mounted the base topper onto a matching light blue cardstock (2 sheets) and made up the card base.

I then added gold Liquid Pearl dots to accentuate the decorative border and some white ones in the corners and a couple of cluster dots around the bottle.

Awhhh! So Cute.
