Cherished Adorable BoyCompleted by Caroles Cards

Having printed and cut out all pieces I then mounted the main graphic onto A5 baby blue card stock. I added my own sentiment (number) onto the tag and mounted the decoupage pieces with sticky pads. A little glitter glue for sparkle makes this an adorable card.
