I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads and highlighted swirl and scalloped topper with crystal stickles, clear gem to bow and finished with card candy to corners.

A sweet design, perfect for a new baby.
