Baby Blue, Cupcake with His Bottle on a PlaqueCompleted by Marion Enefer
Used a blue striped backing for this topper. Printed, cut out and added base of topper to my A5 card. Added layers with silicone glue . To decorate added 2 x metallic 'its a boy' greetings, some glitter buttons and a blue glass heart and some hand made flowers .
A lovely new baby card to make and give.
