Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. I cut out both elements. Using DST to attach the Topper onto a white Scalloped edged card. Used lots of tiny bling on the ABC. Different colours for each letter. Used Bling on the wheels of train.

Used DST tape to attach the insert inside the card. An easy card to make and with the insert on the one sheet, it is great value.
