Printed onto matte photo paper and mounted onto a 7x7 scalloped card blank.I used glue gel to decoupage the bows and teddies,3d foam for the sentiment and finished with a co-ordinating bow, button and tiny baby hand embellishments
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added pearls to finish. A gorgeous design.
I placed the main image on cream card with double sided tape and added the decoupage with foam tape and added a sentiment to bottom centre with foam tape.
To complete I added blue peel off strips to top and bottom of card. So adorable, I love this card.
