You can make this card as quickly or as detailed as you like. I used a graffix programmed to make this into a decoupage. Then I attached to lemon vellum which was then placed upon pale blue card.
Added my own sentiments and used cuttlebug baby embellishments to add to this great design. Glittered around the edges to finish.
