I printed out sheet onto matt photpaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge square white 8x8card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to flower centres and pearls to pram wheels.

I then attached the main image to a vanilla square card blank. I then attached the decoupage pieces using 3d foam circles.
