I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,mounted the main image to a square card, mounted the text plate and the rings, added silver glitter to the rings and the center swirls,then ran silver ribbon and elastic cord up throughthe center of the card and tied a bow at the front,to finish i stuck a large clear gem onto the card.
