With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a white C5 card, I then added a fancy corner in each of the corners of the design, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun anniversary design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a dark blue card. I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments. great design.
