I cut out and matted the base image onto a piece of rainbow mirri card, slightly larger than the image.

I then secured this to an A5 white card blank with double sided tape.

I made up the various decoupage elements using silicon glue, including the greeting tag and champagne bottle. To complete this elegant design I added some diamond glitter to the dragonfly and irridescent glitter glue to the edge of the bow.
