Lovely Anniversary Verse on a Scroll

I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock and cut out the decouprage pieces. I then adhered (with DST) the base topper onto a white card base that I had made from 2 sheets of textured cardstock to get the right size.

I added the decourpage with foam tape and added pearls around following the ribbons in the design. I love how it turned out. If you want to see more of my crafted items, please visit my homepage.
