I have included a valentines day sentiment tag as well as a anniversary tag, this card topper would make an excellent choice for either occasion.

After printing the sheet and cutting out the elements I mounted the base topper onto a pink pearlescent cardstock cut to size to fit an 8 x8 Crafty Bob's White card base.
I adhered the base topper with DST to one side, so I could add the decorative gold corners and the red and gold heart chain peel-off to the RHS.
I used the "Happy Anniversary" sentiment. Inside I used the insert supplied and used an off-cut of the pink pearlescent cardstock to give a border on a few of the sides.
Just gorgeous!
I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and having trimmed the base image down a little I mounted it onto an A5 card.
I added my choice of caption (can also be finished with 'With Love' or 'Happy Anniversary'.
I then added a plain insert inside the card and added the other part of the sheet to it. It is such a beautiful verse.
