Happy Anniversary Champagne Quick Card

I printed this topper four times on 120gsm Navigator paper. I cut out and attached the first topper to an 8 x 8 card blank using dst. Used the other toppers as decoupage attaching the layers with foam pads. I added small clear gems to the flowers and the sentiment.

To finish the card I put sparkly gold peel off borders round the edges. It is a beautiful design that could be used for more occasions with different sentiments.
