I printed sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the main picture and all the elements.
Folded a 8 x 8 white card blank into an easel card, attached a patterned backing sheet to base of card and edged base and top part of card with gold border peel offs.
I mounted the main picture onto gold mirri card with dst and edged the picture and mirri card with gold border peel offs before building up the decoupage with silicone glue.
I attached the topper to the card and finished off with a Happy Anniversary stopper.
