Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a pretty white decorative card. Used foam tape and foam pads to attach the Decoupage. To finish I used Diamond glitter on the bows and on shell.
I stuck a pretty pink heart to top left corner. A pretty design, and easy to make up,
