Anniversary Couple Decoupage Topper 4Completed by Darlene Handorff

To my Valentine or a congratulations on your anniversary or engagement or maybe just a sweet I love You for anytime would be nice.

I printed this onto glossy photo paper and used a small sharp scissor to hand cut the happy couple and the roses decoupage pieces.

I used a bright red card stock to form the card. This card I sized to be 6x6” and I made a matching envelope in Valentine red. Anytime is a good time for love and romance.
