A Rainbow of Hearts QsCompleted by Nancy JB Boatwright

I printed the base image and an extra chick on glossy photo paper. I backed the image with a piece of light teal embossed cardstock and added to a white card. I then framed the chick image with red cardstock and raised it with foam strips.

I used Pearl Pen on the three blue pearls and raised the with love tag using a foam dot. Very cute image and a great design.
