Elegant Cameo Lady - 02Completed by Eve Mcmean
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed the design onto gloss photo paper, cut out and layered the 3D parts. I then folded black cardstock in half and glued the design to it using glue stick. I then stuck red trimmings - Happy Birthday embellishment and gems down each side. Very easy and effective.
