Folded white hammered card to A5. Stuck the main background sheet to the card using silicone glue. Cut out all the elements and attached with 1mm foam pads. Along the top and bottom of the card I had stuck gold peel-offs. Then added a gold ribbon with bow.

I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of gold card using DST. I added the decoupage with foam pads.
