Romantic Special Couple Decoupage TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads and placing the, you are special sentiment at the bottom of the design, this is a beautiful design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
