Celebration ChampagneCompleted by Eunice Roberts
OccasionAnniversary / Anniversary
I chose a backing paper to match the card and stuck on the main part of the decoupage. I cut out the flowers and wine glass and decoupaged these on to the card.
I added the "Happy Anniversary" at the bottom of the card and stuck on two small stickers with hearts on at either side of the message.
