I printed and cut out this file and then printed it again after having typed in "Happy Anniversary" on the left side of the ribbon.

I cut out the card and stuck it on to card stock.

I then cut out the decoupage pieces and stuck them on with sticky tabs. I cut out the extra ribbon and stuck that on with sticky tabs.
